• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
If you are not satisfied with a physical product, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition of returns
Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
• Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
• Refund processing
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
• All digital products are non-refundable
Due to the nature of digital files, all sales of digital plans, downloads, and digital content are final once access is granted or files are delivered.
